10/08/13: August Beauty Bargain Round-Up!

Although I have been known to splash some cash, throw down some coins and break the bank with my beauty purchases, I still love a good bargain.  At the moment, there are quite a few little gems that I've come across and as I can't indulge myself in all of them I thought that I would share what I've found with you.  Maybe there will be something to take your fancy!

I only recently came across this site, so it's a shame that it's already leaving me!  However, this does mean that there are quite a few bargains to be had.  Quite a lot of the stock seems to have gone already, but there are still a few bits and pieces.  Plus, there's free delivery when you spend over £20.00

Pai Chamomile and Rosehip Organic Moisturiser RRP £24.00 - Lush Duck £16.80

Eco Tools 6 Piece Brush Set RRP 13.30 - Lush Duck £10.49
Lavera MyAge Concentrated Lifting Serum RRP £24.90 - Lush Duck £17.43

Colour me slow on the uptake, but LIB hadn't really registered with me until recently when I noticed some of the excellent samples they have for sale. Some even appear to be full size but with massive discounts. Only a few of the brands are green/organic etc but you might find something there to tickle your fancy.

Balm Balm Rose Geranium Lip Balm RRP £3.50 - Latest in Beauty £1.50
Balance Me Radiance Face Mask RRP £4.50 - Latest in Beauty £2.50

Another site that has closed down, but still has a few items available at reduced prices. I was pretty excited when I first found this site as it had all the Hurraw! balms anyone could want, but unfortunately due to other commitments they decided to close for business. If you're a fan of Burt Bees or Balm Balm there are some really good deals available. Free delivery on UK orders, just make sure to check the dates as some of the low prices are because the item is near to the best before date.

Badger After Sun Balm Blue Tansy and Lavender RRP £7.99 - Supersmoocher £4.83
Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm - Hibiscus RRP £5.99 - Supersmoocher £3.00
Salt of the Earth Crystal Deodorant Stick RRP £5.70 - Supersmoocher £3.99

Although one of these days I plan to try out the water-based polishes by the likes of Acquarella and Scotch Naturals, they aren't cheap and I just haven't taken the plunge yet. But, I have been missing wearing polish recently, so when I saw that the five-free brand Zoya had a sale on at Lucy Rose, I got a little bit excited. All polishes in the sale have been reduced from £10.50 to £7.35. So with free delivery on £15 spends, it's very tempting to put two in the basket!

Zoya Nail Polishes RRP £10.50 - Lucy Rose £7.35

Honestly, I forget that some of the larger beauty emporiums carry organic or natural lines, and Feel Unique is one of those sites. Currently there are lots of well-known natural/free-from brands available there such as Nourish, Balm Balm, Antipodes and Yes to... some currently with excellent GWP offers.

Yes to... £20 purchase = free cleanser worth £8.99-12.99
My Chelle £30 purchase = free eye cream worth £19.00
All Nourish purchases = free face moisturiser & shimmer sample duo

And finally, with any purchase over £15.00 at Eden Be Natural you receive a free Rose Toner worth £12.95. There's free delivery on all UK orders, but the toner offer only lasts until the 18th of August, so get in quick.

All purchases over £15 = free toner worth £12.95

Phew!  That's all for now - is there anything that you've spotted that you can't resist?

    1. It is sad :( Although I read the SuperSmoocher one was more to do with other commitments rather than lack of interest. xx
